While the food is pretty good and preparation time is efficient, the customer service here leaves much to be desired. A little more friendliness, some acknowledgement of the 25% tips, and recognition of a regular customer could go a long way in making this a more positive experience. And free refills on drinks would be appropriate for the price we pay.

We picked up takeout here during a weeknight: The food was amazing - some of the best Peruvian chicken I’ve had in the DMV. Generous portions. The green beans were especially fantastic. My kids loved it. And the interior is clean and brand new. We’ll definitely be back!

We’ve gotten a chicken dinner with sides no less than 20 times (always takeout). Fidel’s is always so good, but tonight was the best yet. The chicken was super flavorful and juicy.. beans and rice both great. Love this place!
